Zensseys Travel provides travel planning services, including consultations, customized itineraries, and travel recommendations. We do not operate as a travel provider, airline, hotel, or tour operator. All bookings for flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities are made through third-party providers and are subject to their individual terms and conditions.

By purchasing any service, you acknowledge that Zensseys Travel is not responsible for changes, cancellations, delays, or issues related to third-party providers. This includes but is not limited to pricing changes, availability, service disruptions, or travel restrictions. Clients are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to the terms of any third-party provider before completing bookings.

All travel recommendations and itineraries are based on the information provided by the client. While we aim to provide accurate and up-to-date guidance, travel conditions, pricing, and availability may change at any time. Zensseys Travel does not guarantee specific outcomes, experiences, or availability.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet all travel requirements, including passports, visas, vaccinations, and local regulations. We are not responsible for denied boarding, entry restrictions, or any issues resulting from incomplete or incorrect travel documentation.

Payment for services must be made in full at the time of booking. Prices for services are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Once a service has been purchased, the agreed price will be honored for that booking.

All content on this website, including text, branding, and materials, is the property of Zensseys Travel and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

Zensseys Travel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

By using this website and purchasing services, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.

 

Booking

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your consultation or planning service. No work will begin until payment is received.

You may reschedule your consultation with at least 12 hours’ notice using your confirmation link. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your booking.

All bookings are non-refundable. However, you may reschedule your session if proper notice is given.

If you book a 30 minute consultation and later choose to upgrade to a Full Custom or VIP plan for the same trip, your consultation fee will be credited toward your upgrade.

Zensseys Travel provides travel planning services only. We create customized itineraries, recommendations, and guidance based on your preferences. We do not guarantee pricing, availability, or third-party services.

Clients are responsible for completing their own bookings unless otherwise agreed. We may provide direct booking links and recommendations for convenience.

Full Custom plans include one revision. VIP plans include up to three revisions. Additional revisions may require an added fee.

All communication will be handled through email or agreed-upon channels. VIP clients may receive priority support.
