Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Zensseys. The Full Custom Trip Plan is a personalized travel planning service designed to provide you with a customized itinerary, destination recommendations, accommodation suggestions, and travel guidance tailored to your specific travel goals. BOOKING & PAYMENT Full payment is required at the time of booking. Work on your itinerary will not begin until payment has been received and any required intake forms have been completed. CONSULTATION REQUIREMENT Clients may be required to complete a consultation by phone, video conference, email, or questionnaire before itinerary development begins. Timely responses help ensure accurate recommendations and delivery. DELIVERY TIMELINE Your completed travel plan will be delivered electronically within 24 hours following your consultation or after all required travel information has been received. Delivery times may be extended for highly complex, multi-destination, group, or specialty travel requests. If additional time is needed, you will be notified. WHAT IS INCLUDED Your Full Custom Trip Plan may include: • Personalized day-by-day itinerary • Accommodation recommendations • Suggested attractions and activities • Dining and nightlife recommendations • Hidden gems and local experiences • Booking resources and links when available • Travel tips and destination guidance • One complimentary revision REVISIONS One revision is included with your purchase. Revision requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of receiving your itinerary and are limited to reasonable adjustments to the original plan. Additional revisions or significant itinerary changes may require an additional fee. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY Clients are responsible for providing accurate travel dates, traveler information, budgets, preferences, and other details necessary for itinerary development. Recommendations are based on the information provided by the client. Incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the quality and suitability of recommendations. BOOKING RESPONSIBILITY The Full Custom Trip Plan is a planning service only. Unless otherwise purchased through a separate service, Zensseys does not make reservations, process payments, or complete bookings on behalf of clients.
