Refund Policy

At Zensseys Travel, all services are digital and customized based on your specific travel needs. Due to the time, research, and planning involved, all purchases are non-refundable.

Once a consultation or planning service has been booked and completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes dissatisfaction based on personal preferences, changes in travel plans, or decisions not to move forward with recommendations.

If you need to reschedule a consultation, you may do so with at least 12 hours’ notice using your booking confirmation link. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of your session.

If you begin with a 30 minute consultation and choose to upgrade to a Full Custom or VIP plan for the same trip, your consultation fee will be credited toward your upgraded service.

Zensseys Travel is not responsible for refunds related to third-party bookings, including flights, hotels, or activities. Any refunds for those services must be requested directly through the provider according to their policies.

By purchasing any service, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
