Refund Policy

At Zensseys Travel, we provide personalized travel planning, travel advisory, and other digital travel-related services. Because our services involve research, planning, professional expertise, and time dedicated specifically to each client, all purchases are considered final.

Unless otherwise stated within the policy for a specific service, all services are non-refundable once purchased. This includes, but is not limited to, completed consultations, planning services, digital deliverables, customized recommendations, itineraries, and other personalized work.

Refunds will not be provided due to changes in personal circumstances, changes in travel plans, scheduling conflicts, pricing changes, supplier availability, or a decision not to proceed with travel after services have been provided.

If your selected service allows rescheduling, requests must be made within the timeframe outlined in that service's individual policy. Missed appointments or cancellations outside of the permitted timeframe may result in forfeiture of the service.

Certain services may include credits, upgrades, revisions, or other benefits. Any such offerings will be governed by the terms outlined in the policy for that specific service.

If your travel arrangements include products or services provided by third-party suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, or transportation providers, any refunds, credits, cancellations, or compensation are subject solely to the policies of the applicable supplier. Zensseys Travel cannot authorize or guarantee refunds issued by third parties.

If Zensseys Travel is unable to provide a purchased service due to circumstances within our control, we reserve the right to offer a rescheduled service, account credit, or refund at our sole discretion, unless otherwise required by law.

By purchasing any service from Zensseys Travel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Refund Policy, as well as any additional terms applicable to your selected service.
