Cancellation Policy
Travel Consultation – Booking Policy 📅 Booking & Payment All consultation sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Once booked, you will receive confirmation details and next steps. 🔁 Rescheduling You may reschedule your consultation with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made within less than 24 hours may not be accommodated. ❌ Cancellations & Refunds All consultation bookings are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, you may request a one-time reschedule with proper notice. ⏰ Late or Missed Appointments If you are late, your session may be shortened. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled. 💬 Consultation Format Consultations may be conducted via phone, Zoom, or form-based option. For form-based consultations, communication will take place via email and/or text. 📩 Follow-Up & Deliverables After your consultation, you will receive a follow-up email summarizing key insights, recommendations, and next steps based on your travel goals. 💡 Service Credit If you choose to move forward with a Full Custom Trip Plan or VIP Travel Planning & Booking, your consultation fee may be applied toward your service. 🔒 Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to receive the most effective recommendations.
