Cancellation Policy
CURATED TRAVEL DEALS POLICY Our Curated Travel Deals service is designed to help travelers explore featured destinations and vacation offers with personalized guidance from Zensseys. The consultation fee covers your one-on-one travel consultation and professional recommendations based on your travel preferences. CONSULTATION & PAYMENT Full payment of the consultation fee is required at the time of booking. This fee covers the consultation only and does not include travel planning, booking services, or the cost of travel reservations. PERSONALIZED RECOMMENDATIONS Following your consultation, you'll receive customized recommendations based on the selected curated travel deal, which may include suggested accommodations, transportation options, activities, and helpful travel information. Pricing and availability are subject to change until reservations are confirmed. UPGRADE OPTIONS After your consultation, you may choose to continue with either a Full Custom Trip Plan or a Travel Planning & Booking Service. Any upgrade is optional and subject to the applicable service pricing and policies. BOOKING AUTHORIZATION No reservations requiring payment will be made without your approval. All travel costs, including accommodations, transportation, activities, insurance, taxes, and supplier fees, are separate from the consultation fee and remain the client's responsibility. REFUNDS Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place or preparation for the consultation has begun. TRAVEL INSURANCE Travel insurance is strongly recommended and will be offered before any travel reservations are finalized through Zensseys.
