Cancellation Policy
Travel Planning Service – Booking Policy 📅 Booking & Payment All Travel Planning services must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your session. Once booked, you will receive confirmation details and next steps for your planning session. 🔁 Rescheduling You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made within less than 24 hours may not be accommodated. ❌ Cancellations & Refunds Due to the time and preparation involved, all bookings are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please notify us as soon as possible. In some cases, we may offer a one-time reschedule at our discretion. ⏰ Late or Missed Appointments If you are late to your session, your appointment may be shortened to respect other scheduled clients. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled. 📩 Service Delivery Your personalized travel plan will be delivered within 24 hours after your scheduled planning session (or after form submission if you selected the no-call option). 🔁 Revisions This service includes 1 revision to fine-tune your itinerary. Additional revisions may be subject to an extra fee. 💳 Booking Responsibility This service provides a complete travel plan with recommendations and booking links. Clients are responsible for completing their own reservations. For full-service booking and coordination, please upgrade to our VIP Travel Planning & Booking service. 🔒 Accuracy of Information Clients are responsible for providing accurate travel details.
