Whether you're looking for expert travel advice or want us to plan and book your entire vacation, your journey starts here. 🧳 Before Your Consultation Complete a short travel questionnaire so we can understand your destination, travel style, budget, and goals. We'll review your responses and prepare personalized recommendations before we meet. 💬 During Your Consultation Meet with your travel advisor by phone, Zoom, or email for a personalized 30-minute consultation. We'll discuss destinations, accommodations, transportation, activities, budgeting, itinerary ideas, and answer your travel questions. If you're interested, we'll also explain our Full Trip Planning & Booking service and recommend the best option for your trip. 📧 After Your Consultation You'll receive a follow-up email with personalized recommendations and suggested next steps. If you're ready to continue, we'll send you a secure link to complete your traveler information, payment authorization, travel insurance selection (or declination), and any required travel forms. Not ready yet? You can move forward whenever you're ready. ✈️ Full Trip Planning & Booking Once your information is complete, we'll begin planning and booking your trip. We'll research and reserve hotels, flights, transportation, tours, cruises, attractions, and more while seeking the best overall value, including available military, veteran, senior, AAA, and other eligible discounts whenever possible. 🤝 We're With You Every Step of the Way We'll keep you updated throughout the planning process and remain available before, during, and after your trip for questions, itinerary changes, cancellations, additional bookings, and travel support. Your Journey in 5 Simple Steps 1. Book your consultation and complete your travel questionnaire. 2. Meet with your travel advisor by phone, Zoom, or email. 3. Receive personalized recommendations and next steps. 4. Upgrade to Full Trip Planning & Booking (optional). 5. We plan, book, and support your trip from start to finish. If you upgrade to Full Trip Planning & Booking, your consultation fee will be credited toward your package.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Zensseys. Our travel consultations are designed to provide personalized travel guidance, destination recommendations, budgeting strategies, travel insights, and professional advice tailored to your travel goals. BOOKING & PAYMENT All consultation sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Consultation fees compensate Zensseys for professional expertise, research, recommendations, and consultation time. RESCHEDULING Clients may reschedule their consultation with at least 24 hours' notice. While we will do our best to accommodate scheduling changes, requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be accommodated. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS All consultation bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you may request a one-time reschedule when sufficient notice is provided. LATE ARRIVALS & MISSED APPOINTMENTS If you arrive late to your scheduled consultation, the session may be shortened to avoid impacting other appointments. Missed appointments ("no-shows") are non-refundable and will not be rescheduled. CONSULTATION FORMAT Consultations may be conducted by phone, video conference (Zoom or similar platform), or through a form-based consultation option. For form-based consultations, communication and recommendations will be provided via email and/or text message. FOLLOW-UP & RECOMMENDATIONS Following your consultation, Zensseys will provide a follow-up summary containing key recommendations, travel insights, suggested next steps, and relevant resources based on the information provided during your consultation. SERVICE CREDIT Should you choose to move forward with an eligible Full Custom Trip Plan or VIP Travel Planning & Booking Service, your consultation fee may be credited toward your upgraded service, subject to current Zensseys service policies and promotions. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY To receive the most accurate and valuable recommendations, clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and timely information regarding travel preferences, travel dates, budgets, destinations, traveler details, and other relevant information.
