Whether you've completed a Travel Planning Consultation or you're ready to move forward, this is our complete, done-for-you travel planning service. Once everything is received, we'll begin researching, planning, and coordinating your trip. Cancellation Policy
STANDARD TRAVEL PLANNING & BOOKING POLICY Our Standard Travel Planning & Booking Service is designed for travelers who want professional assistance planning and booking their trip. We research travel options, provide recommendations, coordinate reservations, and guide you through the booking process for a smooth planning experience. BOOKING & PAYMENT Full payment of the service fee is required before planning begins. Travel costs, including accommodations, transportation, activities, insurance, taxes, and other supplier charges, are separate and remain the client's responsibility. CONSULTATION & BOOKING A consultation and completed Traveler Information Form may be required before planning begins. No reservation requiring payment will be made without your approval. Prices and availability are subject to change until confirmed. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS Changes or cancellations after bookings are confirmed may result in supplier fees, penalties, fare differences, or other charges, which are the client's responsibility. TRAVEL INSURANCE Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Clients will have the opportunity to accept or decline coverage before bookings are finalized. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, reviewing booking confirmations, and ensuring all required passports, visas, identification, and travel documents are valid before departure. REFUNDS Service fees are non-refundable once planning or booking services have begun. Refunds for travel reservations are subject solely to the policies of the applicable travel supplier. SUPPLIER DISCLAIMER Travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, resorts, tour operators, and transportation providers, are independent third parties. Zensseys is not responsible for supplier actions, schedule changes, delays, cancellations, pricing changes, or service failures. AGREEMENT By purchasing this service and electronically signing the Standard Travel Planning & Booking Service Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this policy.
