Cancellation Policy
VIP Travel Planning & Booking – Booking Policy 📅 Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to begin VIP services. Work will not begin until payment is received. Once booked, you will receive next steps, including your VIP intake form. 🔁 Rescheduling VIP planning sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Requests made within less than 24 hours may not be accommodated. ❌ Cancellations & Refunds Due to the time, research, and coordination involved, VIP services are non-refundable once work has begun. If cancellation is requested before work has started, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion. ⏰ Late or Missed Appointments Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Missed appointments (“no-shows”) are non-refundable and may require rebooking. 🧾 Booking & Payment Processing We handle all planning and coordination and secure bookings through trusted travel partners. Clients will complete payments securely via provided links or may authorize us to finalize reservations on their behalf when required. For security reasons, we do not collect or store full credit card details via forms or email. 📩 Service Delivery & Timeline Initial itinerary and recommendations are provided after your planning session or form submission Bookings are completed after client approval and payment Final confirmations and itinerary details will be delivered via email as reservations are secured 🔁 Revisions & Changes VIP service includes priority revisions and reasonable adjustments during the planning phase. Additional changes after bookings are confirmed may be subject to supplier fees or service fees. ⚠️ Third-Party Suppliers All bookings (flights, hotels, tours, etc.) are made through third-party providers. We are not responsible for: Schedule changes Cancellations Supplier policies or fees However, we will assist in coordinating solutions when possible. 🔒 Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for: Providing accurate traveler information (names must match ID/passport) Reviewing and approving all booking details before confirmation Ensuring valid travel documents (passport, visa, etc.) We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect information provided. 📞 Ongoing Support VIP clients receive support throughout the planning and booking process leading up to their trip. 💡 Final Agreement By booking this service, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
