Cancellation Policy
Our VIP Travel Planning & Booking Service is designed for travelers who want a personalized, hands-off travel experience. We handle the research, planning, recommendations, and booking coordination so you can focus on enjoying your trip. BOOKING & PAYMENT Full payment of the VIP service fee is required at the time of booking. Travel supplier costs, including accommodations, transportation, activities, insurance, taxes, and other travel-related expenses, are separate and are the responsibility of the client. CONSULTATION & CLIENT INFORMATION A consultation and completed traveler information form may be required before planning and booking services begin. Delays in providing requested information may affect planning timelines and availability. BOOKING AUTHORIZATION No reservations requiring payment will be made without your approval. Travel pricing and availability are subject to change until bookings are confirmed. CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS Any changes or cancellations requested after reservations have been confirmed may be subject to supplier fees, penalties, fare differences, or non-refundable charges. These costs are determined by the travel supplier and are the client's responsibility. TRAVEL INSURANCE Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers. Clients will be given the opportunity to accept or decline travel insurance before travel arrangements are finalized. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY Clients are responsible for providing accurate traveler information, reviewing booking confirmations, and ensuring all required passports, visas, identification, and travel documents are valid and current. REFUNDS VIP planning fees are non-refundable once planning or booking services have begun. Refunds for travel reservations are subject solely to the policies of the applicable travel supplier. SUPPLIER DISCLAIMER Airlines, hotels, cruise lines, resorts, tour operators, transportation providers, and other travel suppliers are independent third parties. Zensseys is not responsible for supplier actions, schedule changes, cancellations, delays, pricing changes, or service failures. AGREEMENT By booking this service and electronically signing the accompanying VIP Travel Planning & Booking Service Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
