Effective Date: Date of Electronic Signature
This Full Custom Trip Plan Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Zensseys ("Company") and the undersigned client ("Client").
SERVICE DESCRIPTION
The Full Custom Trip Plan is a personalized travel planning service designed to provide the Client with a customized itinerary, destination recommendations, accommodation suggestions, travel resources, and travel guidance based on the information provided by the Client.
This service is a planning and recommendation service only and does not include reservation management, booking services, supplier negotiations, payment processing, or travel management unless purchased separately through an upgraded service.
CONSULTATION REQUIREMENT
A consultation may be required before itinerary development begins. Consultations may be conducted by phone, video conference, email, questionnaire, or another format determined by Zensseys.
The quality and accuracy of the travel plan depend on the Client's participation and the information provided during the consultation process.
BOOKING, PAYMENT & PROJECT START
Payment in full is required before work begins.
Planning services will not begin until:
• Payment has been received
• Required forms have been completed
• The consultation or intake process has been completed
DELIVERY TIMELINE
The Client's completed travel plan will typically be delivered within the timeframe advertised at the time of purchase following completion of the consultation and receipt of all required information.
Complex itineraries, multi-destination trips, group travel, specialty travel requests, or delayed client responses may extend delivery timelines.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information regarding:
• Travel dates
• Destinations
• Budget
• Traveler information
• Preferences and interests
• Special requirements
Zensseys is not responsible for recommendations that are negatively impacted by inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the Client.
RESCHEDULING & MISSED CONSULTATIONS
Clients may reschedule a consultation with at least 24 hours' notice.
Clients who fail to attend a scheduled consultation without notice may request one complimentary rescheduled appointment within seven (7) days of the missed appointment, subject to availability.
If the Client misses the rescheduled appointment or becomes unresponsive for fourteen (14) consecutive days after booking, Zensseys reserves the right to close the project without refund.
REVISIONS
One revision is included with the Full Custom Trip Plan.
Revision requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of itinerary delivery and are limited to reasonable adjustments to the original travel plan.
Additional revisions or substantial changes may require an additional fee.
TRAVEL PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Travel pricing, accommodations, flights, tours, activities, promotions, and supplier availability change frequently and cannot be guaranteed.
Recommendations are based on information available at the time the itinerary is created.
Clients are encouraged to book recommended options promptly.
BOOKING RESPONSIBILITY
Unless otherwise purchased through a separate service agreement, the Client is solely responsible for making and managing all travel reservations.
The Client is responsible for reviewing supplier policies, cancellation terms, payment schedules, and travel requirements before booking.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
The Client is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, identification, travel authorizations, vaccination documentation, and any other travel requirements necessary for their trip.
Zensseys does not guarantee entry into any destination.
THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS
Airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, transportation providers, tour operators, attractions, and other travel suppliers are independent third parties.
Zensseys is not responsible for supplier actions, service failures, cancellations, delays, schedule changes, overbookings, pricing changes, bankruptcies, injuries, losses, damages, or other events beyond its control.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
The Client acknowledges that travel insurance has been recommended and understands that unforeseen events may impact travel plans and financial investments.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the customized nature of travel planning services, all sales are final.
Once itinerary research, planning, consultation, or itinerary development has begun, no refunds will be issued.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zensseys shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from travel decisions, supplier actions, pricing changes, government restrictions, weather events, natural disasters, public health events, transportation disruptions, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Zensseys.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
By electronically signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges that:
• The Client has read and understands this Agreement.
• The Client agrees to all terms and conditions contained herein.
• The electronic signature shall have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
• The Client is at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into this
