Effective Date: Date of Electronic Signature
This Consultation Service Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Zensseys ("Company") and the undersigned client ("Client").
PURPOSE OF CONSULTATION
The Client is booking a travel consultation with Zensseys for the purpose of discussing travel goals, destinations, budgeting, travel options, itinerary concepts, travel strategies, travel advice, and related travel planning topics.
The consultation is intended to provide guidance, recommendations, and professional travel insights. Unless otherwise stated in writing, consultation services do not include booking, reservation management, supplier negotiations, itinerary creation, travel document processing, or ongoing travel support.
CONSULTATION REQUIREMENT
Completion of this form and electronic acceptance of this Agreement are required prior to the scheduled consultation. Zensseys reserves the right to cancel or postpone any consultation if this Agreement has not been completed and signed before the scheduled appointment.
CONSULTATION FEES
Consultation fees, if applicable, are due at the time of booking.
Consultation fees compensate Zensseys for professional time, research, expertise, and recommendations provided during the consultation session.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, consultation fees are non-refundable after the consultation has been completed.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
Clients may request to reschedule a consultation with reasonable advance notice.
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without notice may result in forfeiture of any consultation fees paid.
Zensseys reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies, unforeseen circumstances, or scheduling conflicts.
NO GUARANTEE OF PRICING OR AVAILABILITY
Travel prices, promotions, accommodations, flights, tours, and availability are subject to change at any time.
Recommendations provided during the consultation reflect information available at the time of the session. Zensseys cannot guarantee future pricing, availability, supplier inventory, or travel conditions.
THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS
Airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, transportation providers, tour operators, and other travel suppliers are independent entities and are not owned, managed, or controlled by Zensseys.
Zensseys is not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, schedule changes, service failures, injuries, losses, damages, or bankruptcy of any third-party supplier.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
The Client is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid passports, visas, identification, vaccination records, travel authorizations, and any other documentation required for travel.
Zensseys does not guarantee entry into any country or destination.
TRAVEL INSURANCE DISCLOSURE
Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
Travel insurance may provide coverage for trip cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, delays, lost baggage, and other travel-related risks.
The Client understands that travel insurance has been recommended and acknowledges responsibility for determining whether to purchase coverage.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zensseys shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from travel decisions, supplier actions, travel disruptions, weather events, government actions, pandemics, natural disasters, transportation delays, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Zensseys.
COMMUNICATION CONSENT
The Client authorizes Zensseys to communicate via email, telephone, text message, and other reasonable communication methods regarding consultation services, travel planning services, travel opportunities, and follow-up communications.
PRIVACY
Information provided by the Client will be used solely for providing requested services and maintaining business records. Zensseys will take reasonable measures to protect client information but cannot guarantee absolute security of electronic communications.
ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE
By electronically signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges that:
• The Client has read and understands this Agreement.
• The Client agrees to all terms and conditions contained herein.
• The electronic signature shall have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
• The Client is at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into this Agreement.
